Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-07-11
The short, honest version of the rules for using beeShare.
The service
beeShare lets you send files directly between nearby devices, and share files with anyone through expiring links. A free plan covers everyday use; beeShare Pro raises the limits. The current limits of each plan are listed on the pricing page.
Your content
Files you send stay yours. We claim no rights over them. For share links, you give us permission to store and deliver the file for you — that is the whole purpose — until the link ends.
You are responsible for what you share and for having the right to share it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use beeShare to distribute malware, infringe copyright, harass people, or break the law. We may revoke links or suspend accounts that do.
Plans and billing
beeShare Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel any time; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move back to Free. Referral discounts apply automatically at checkout when you qualify.
Availability
We work hard to keep beeShare running, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. Local transfers depend on your own network and devices.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, beeShare is not liable for indirect damages or lost data. Keep copies of files that matter.
Ending things
You can stop using beeShare at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page with a new date at the top.
